Established and still growing company serving Single-family residential rental property buyers, developers, rentals, owners, sellers. We need at least 3 more people with great “can-do” attitude who want to be a part of a great team of folks in an established and stable but fast growing family business where we complete dozens of projects at a time for very large clients rehabbing, renovating, cleaning up, turning over, maintaining and servicing their real estate investments in single family houses.
We have at all times a few to a half dozen or more full renovation projects 100k+ whole home rehabs, a dozen or more “turns”, make-ready type projects, and 15-30 maintenance calls or repair/service calls we are completing. Every project, in addition to skilled tradespeople and/or maintenance people, requires some level of cleanup and general labor: we need people willing to:
-load/unload materials
-run “service” calls to assess a resident complaint or issue
-clean houses after construction work is complete(like real cleaning-vacant houses-mopping, cleaning toilets, showers, appliances “rent-ready” and “sales-ready” cleans)
-clean up after sloppy subcontractors and maintain safety of our jobsites and crews
-run deliveries of tools and materials to our crews as needed for specific jobs and needs
-dig the holes, carry the heavy stuff, do the dirtiest jobs with enthusiasm.
With little or no experience this is a great opportunity to enter the construction field, be a part of a larger team in a small-ish but rapidly growing company, be part of a team, a family, and where the upside is unlimited. You will have the opportunity to learn all trades in construction to a depth and level only limited by you. If you are interested and willing to do anything, whatever it takes, starting from the “bottom”.
We have a shop/office in Maryland Heights that is our home base but you will also commute directly to job assignments daily all over St. Louis metro area.
$18/hr to start, reviewed constantly and raises awarded generously for true proven potential and attitude.
Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 p.m.
