COMMERCIAL CLEANERS WANTED (TROY, IL)
LOCATION: TROY, IL
Cleaner Job Duties
Cleans and keeps up various surfaces and material within a building or space
Sweep and mops floors
Vacuums carpets
Spot clean glass and wipe blinds etc
Cleans and disinfects toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
Responds to urgent situations, such as spills, that require quick action
Mixes liquids and solvents from basic materials to create effective cleaning supplies
Operates and maintains equipment such as Floor Scrubbers (with Propane Tank)
Collects and removes trash from a building or space
Notifies supervisor about ongoing projects on site
Maintains a level of security in a building, such as locking doors, storing keys, and using access codes for restricted areas and rooms
maintaining entrances and walkways
Typically works when facilities are closed to the public or during low traffic time periods
Janitor Skills and Qualifications
Cleaning and Maintenance, Agility, Knowledge of Chemicals and Solvents, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Ability to Work Independently, and present a clean appearance. A criminal background will not preclude Job opportunity
Working Hours: FULL TIME
Number of Days: 5-6 Days
Education: High School Diploma/GED
