Our busy, fast-paced Medical practice in Columbia, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Medical Assistant. A working knowledge of basic office procedures, medical terminology, and back-office experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person! However, a great personality and professional demeanor is a must. Responsibilities
Record Patient Information/charting
Take Vitals
Prepare Exam rooms prior to/following appointments.
Assist in Medical Procedures when needed.
Scheduling/call backs
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
High level of professionalism
Medical Terminology and Medication familiarity
Strong computer skills
Phlebotomy
Potential for full time
Excellent Pay $21 hourly
Performance Bonus Available
