Team Member position available for Mini Donuts Etc. at the Soulard Farmer’s Market. Looking for a personable individual who is hard working and available every Saturday. This job will be a contract hire.
Hours and Wage:
Every Saturday
8am – 3pm
Tipped Employee Wages of $6.25/hour plus ALL of the tips.
Your hourly wage including tips for a past handful of Saturdays would’ve been:
$22.14/hour
$19.11/hour
$23.96/hour
$18.54/hour
$22.04/hour
NOTE Overall pay range is about $12.30 - $24.54 per hour while the lower end is typically during the colder months of November and December
Job Requirements:
Must be able to be on your feet the whole shift
Must be able to be in a leaned over position at least 300 times per shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be willing to wear nitrile gloves and/or use hand sanitizer throughout the day
Must be willing to wear a hat or tie up your hair
Must have had or will get a Hepatitis A vaccination
Must be willing to sign a Release of Liability Waiver and a Consent to Background and Reference Check Form
Must be comfortable around a fryer and food warmers
Job Responsibilities (not inclusive)
Greet and serve customers in a respectful manner
Bag mini donuts
Work with a simple cash register and count the change back to the customer
Grab soda and/or water from a fridge
Restock a fridge with drinks
Lineup mini donuts on a food tray
Ice mini donuts with icing
Wash a small amount of dishes and perform simple cleaning tasks
Breaks
30 minute paid lunch break around 1pm
5 minute breaks here and there
