Looking for an assistant manager to work at the high ridge location. Applicant must be available weekends and have flexibility in hours. This position is for someone seeking a career in the restaurant industry. We would welcome either someone with experience or would train the right person. Responsibilities will eventually be doing some hiring, some scheduling, ensuring high quality food and service, crew training, health inspection codes, cost controls, etc. Applicant needs to enjoy the hospitality industry and ensure staff is happy working at our location. Salary will be based on experience Position includes 100 percent health insurance for the employee, free meals, paid vacation time, paid holidays, one weekend off a month, possible bonus, work weeks that ensure great home life (no 55 hour work weeks). This is a full time position at our location and we have been in business for 40 years, We would welcome someone who is a team player and really cares about the place they work at.
