Paid Internship for a serious candidate interested in a Culinary Career.
Serious full-time applicants only.
Required work days are Wednesday thru Saturday plus Sunday until 3pm.
This intern must have reliable transportation as Veritas is located in west St. Louis County and is not on a convenient transit line.
Three strong personal references will be required.
This full-time position will expose the intern to all facets of fine dining.
Food preparation, knife skills, food safety as well as cleanliness and sanitation will be learned.
Baking, grilling, sauté, frying and composition will be learned.
Applicant should have good personal skills including good communication, self-discipline, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
