Responsibilities to include:

Providing support to administration and operation teams

Establishing relationships with both internal and external customers

Answering customer questions and scheduling customer service appointments

Completing assigned projects and special tasks as necessary

Processing paperwork requirements for construction projects such as lien waivers

Running reports for service and sales departments

Requirements:

Currently pursuing degree

Interest in Estimating, Project Management, Administration, Operations or Management

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
