Job Description:Job Title: Secretary Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Dunnica Avenue) Department: Primary Care Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:The Secretary will provide exceptional clerical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our primary care department. This individual will be the first point of contact for our patients, so it is essential to have a professional and pleasant attitude when using the telephone or interacting in person.The Secretary will also assist staff with various tasks, including typing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate incoming calls, assist the public in a pleasant and helpful manner. Display professional attitude both when using the telephone and in person.

Assist staff with typing, photocopying and other clerical tasks as requested.

Send outgoing faxes and distribute incoming faxes in a timely manner.

Keep filing up to date, enter data in files, search files for specific information, and prepare reports as assigned.

Maintain inventory of office supplies necessary to conduct day to day operations.

Entry of data into computer system.

Responsible for reconciling bills and petty cash.

Insure that the appropriate information is delivered to the administrative office in a timely manner.

Demonstrates interest in long term and short term goals and objectives of the company.

Other duties as assigned by the Business Operations Specialist, Operations Specialist, Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, or Executive Team Member

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High school diploma with courses in secretarial or business practices; AND

At least three (3) years experience in a secretarial or receptionist position; OR

Graduate from an accredited school with specialization in typing and office procedures.
