Our client in the chemical and packaging industry is seeking a Chemical Packaging Tech 2 to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the packaging department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have good time management and organizational skills, be able to work in a team setting, and have experience in a chemical or packaging environment.Job Title: Chemical Packaging Tech 2Location: St. Louis, MOWhat's the Job?

Stage, fill (manually or semi-automatically), cap, label, and over pack liquid, powder, and hyophilized products per approved packing specifications with utilizing all required safety equipment.

Complete appropriate packaging documentation per ISO procedures and deliver products to inventory.

Follow all quality and safety procedures.

Support quality systems.

Train others and work in a team setting.

What's Needed?

5-6 years of experience in a chemical or packaging environment

Mixing, labeling, and working with chemicals

Good understanding of basic math

Basic data entry and computer skills

Willingness to learn

Physical and respirator fit required

Must be clean-shaven daily

Previous SAP experience/familiarity (preferred)

Previous ISO/Pharma/biotech experience (preferred)
