As a Maintenance Manager, you will be a key leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department and ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and mentor both union and non-union staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment focused on teamwork and development.Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance, work order systems, and critical parts inventory management to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.Fully implement and optimize the new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), streamlining maintenance processes and improving performance metrics.Provide technical support to production departments, ensuring alignment of maintenance resources with production goals and timelines.Monitor and manage departmental spending, purchasing activities, and overall budget to ensure cost-effective operations.Oversee the management of external maintenance resources, including contractors and utility services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.Ensure all site facilities are maintained in optimal condition and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.Contribute as a key member of the Plant Operations Management team, collaborating on broader strategies to meet operational goals.
