Applicants will work at our Global Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.Accountabilities : Customer Service, Deduction Management:Focus:
Resolution of Deductions – focus on shortages
Validation for accuracy (all relevant paperwork and sku identification)
Identify trends
Credit input into SAP; Upon completion they will match the returns to the open deductions.
Required Skills and Experience : Qualified applicants should have skills with Microsoft Excel and some systems related knowledge / aptitude.
