We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, from conferences to client meetings. You will work closely with the events team to ensure smooth event operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all logistics are in placeCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure event requirements are metPrepare and manage event materials, such as agendas, presentations, and promotional itemsHandle event registrations and maintain attendee listsAssist in setting up event venues, including audio/visual equipment, seating arrangements, and decorationsManage event timelines to ensure that all activities run according to scheduleProvide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothlyPerform post-event tasks, including gathering feedback, preparing reports, and handling any follow-up communications
