Job Description:
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of events. This includes working with clients to determine event goals, timelines, and budgets, managing vendors, ensuring logistics are handled smoothly, and making sure each event meets or exceeds expectations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Plan and execute events from start to finish, including site selection, vendor coordination, and logistical management.Collaborate with clients to understand event needs and develop customized event plans.Ensure events are within budget and meet client expectations.Coordinate all event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.Manage event-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
