Description We are seeking a temporary Ecommerce Specialist to join our client's team for a 2-month contract. This role is geared towards an individual experienced in various facets of the e-commerce landscape who can ensure the online platform is fully optimized and functional.Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily site audits and quality assurance checks, ensuring optimal functionality. You will be expected to optimize links, manage product assortments, updating web content, supervise promotional activities, and oversee search features. Support SEO efforts by performing data entry tasks. You will be required to optimize product listings and content for increased visibility and search rankings. Oversee inventory levels, including monitoring out-of-stock items. Your responsibility will be to update product availability information and flag out or remove out-of-stock products appropriately from the platform. Take on product attributing projects, which involve updating and inputting product attributes such as color, size, and material. This is to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and filtering options on the site. Identify areas of improvements in e-commerce workflows (like automation and categorization processes), proposing and implementing new systems or tools that can enhance our operations. Handle NPS (Net Promoter Score) comments by analyzing customer feedback. Your role will entail developing strategies to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. Set up and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on the platform to drive customer engagement and increase sales.Requirements The ideal candidate will be an independent problem solver, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, constantly seeking process improvements that drive business results.
