Together, we redefine project delivery, providing innovative solutions for the Life Sciences and Food & Beverage industries, where speed, quality, and creativity are paramount.How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a Design Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in successfully delivering capital design and construction projects for biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology markets. Your responsibilities will span all project phases—from conceptual design to construction documentation—and include managing both internal and external stakeholders. Projects will range from existing building renovations and retrofits to new construction initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project proposals in response to client RFPs, including Project Execution Plans (PEPs), schedules, manpower plans, and cost tracking tools.Manage project scope, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Lead project team meetings and maintain momentum with clear communication and regular progress reports.Ensure high-quality deliverables align with the PEP, budget, schedule, and CRB’s Quality Plan.Oversee construction-phase activities such as submittal reviews, RFIs, and field visits to verify alignment with design intent.Coordinate daily activities of technical and administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.Build strong client relationships, maintaining satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle.Stay updated on emerging technologies in the AEC industry to provide innovative solutions for clients’ challenges.Validate new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance and performance.Facilitate coordination with building departments and inspectors, including training operations and maintenance personnel.Represent CRB’s services to clients through consistent communication and relationship building.Work ScheduleHybrid—work in the office 3-4 days per week.
