Responsibilities include:
Provide operational support related to the administration of NA benefit plans
Identify and implement ongoing improvements and efficiencies to administrative processes, eligibility files and error reports, the Total Rewards portal, Benefit Central, and the Hub
Provide inquiry support related to the company’s employee benefit programs and cases from Benefits Central
Research and document administrative appeals
Liaise with Group HR and Benefits Central as required
Monitor daily Corporate Employee Benefits mailbox; respond to messages or forward to applicable team member
Provide back-up support to other team members in the performance of job duties assigned, including assisting with high volume data entry and large projects
Complete and submit required forms and filings with state and federal agencies
Maintain confidentiality of employee and benefits data including safeguarding Protected Heath Information (PHI)
Prepare monthly reports summarizing projects, accomplishments, and other relevant information
Communicate situations affecting the administration of the plans to leadership
Review and suggest edits to benefit communications and materials for accuracy and clarity
