Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.ResponsibilitiesAVP of Workforce Management oversees the development and implementation of enterprise-wide performance management procedures and strategies that support organizational goals and initiatives including operational and financial impacts of performance metrics.

Acts as regional representative for workforce management team and initiatives

Maintains infrastructure to ensure regional labor management reporting is accurate

Executes key performance indicators (KPIs)

Develops, oversees, and improves daily operations, policies, systems and procedures

Assists Senior Director and Regional Leadership with labor strategic plans that align with the organization’s overall goals & objectives

Provides guidance and support to Market Managers on labor management initiatives and systems

Leads and manages projects related to labor management, including implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies

Works in collaboration with other departments, such as HR, Nursing and Finance to align labor management strategies with overall business goals

Participates in the annual budget process, setting of volumes, targets, dollars and rates

Ensures implementation of productivity changes are achieved

Lead projects related to labor management, including implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies

Operates with minimal supervision

Travel for projects and other field visits as required

Skills:

Expert knowledge in labor management concepts and systems

Develops and implements the strategic planning for labor and productivity management for the Region

Ability to synthesize data into information senior leaders can understand

Identifies productivity opportunities and communicates recommended solutions appropriately with leaders

Prepare and present reports to senior management on productivity & key metrics

Extensive experience in training and development in labor management at all levels of the organization

Ability to manage stressful situations and difficult conversations to resolve conflict or work through issues and still achieve results

RequirementsEducation:

Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management. OR 7 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
