Associate Project Manager

In this role, you'll contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of customer onboarding projects while gaining exposure to a broad range of services and technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects using the Momentus Technologies Project Management Methodology, from kickoff through successful launch and deploymentOwn key project phases including Initiation, Kickoff, Discovery, Design, Build, Training, Testing, Launch, and Post-Launch,      keeping track of outcomes to determine when a change in approach is necessaryDevelop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress and provide regular, accurate, and timely updates,  demonstrating a strong drive to achieve meaningful resultsCollaborate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings, working to clarify situations where information, instructions or objectives are ambiguousEnsure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope project delivery; manage scope changes and mitigate project risks.Maintain thorough, clear and organized project documentation, reports and other written informationApply established processes to manage all aspects of project execution, acting quickly to address difficult challenges immediately and head-onCoordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, providing guidance and ensuring engagement and motivation.Serve as the primary liaison with customers and internal project teams, leading with curiosity to probe and draw out richer input from othersSupport and facilitate meetings across the entire project life cycle.
