OverviewAs we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of an Accounting Coordinator!The Accounting Coordinator position will focus primarily on preparing State, County, and City monthly sales and use tax returns. In addition, the Coordinator will act as support for several accounting functions for the team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, analytical, detail-oriented and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.This position offers a starting salary of $41,600 per year . Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns for assigned states

Act as primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding sales and use tax questions

Balance and clear general ledgers to complete tax schedule entries

Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, jurisdictions, and state services

Review and update tax rates and taxing locations in the database system

Maintain annual business licenses

Ensure compliance with state tax law

Assist with accounting schedules and misc. projects as needed

Respond to Service Now incidents for assigned states

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area

Six (6) months or more of Accounting experience required

Minimum one year of administrative support experience in a professional office environment

Minimum 6 months customer service experience

Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Previous AP/AR experience preferred

Experience with PeopleSoft AP and GL considered a plus

Must be willing to accept $41,600 per year

Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
