Job Description
We are looking for responsible individuals who are able to oversee their own group of children within established teacher-to-child ratios, and to plan and implement age appropriate lesson plans and/or activities for children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old. Must be punctual, flexible and upbeat, with the ability to be firm and reinforce the center's principles and methods while being compassionate and loving. We treat our students as we would our own children, realizing that they each have individual strengths, weaknesses and emotional needs, and some with special needs. We would like applicants who have at least one year experience in a professional daycare setting.
Salary: Depending upon experience. Increase possible based on performance after 90 day probation period.
COVID-19 considerations:
We take temperature checks at front door for all employees, children and parents. Additionally, all adults and children over 2 years of age must wear a mask to enter the premises. We sanitize all touchable surfaces as well as children's hands multiple times throughout the day.
