East Central College has openings for adjunct (part-time) instructors in a variety of Social Sciencesdisciplines at the Union and Rolla location and online.Classes are held during the day.
The Social Sciences department includes courses in Psychology, Sociology,History, and Political Science.

Minimum Qualifications for Academic Fields:
Master's degree in related field and/or 18 graduate credit hours in discipline
Community college teaching experience preferred
Adjuncts are hired on a per semester basis and are eligible to teach a maximum of 18 credit hours per academic calendar year and only 9 credit hours per semester.
Adjuncts are paid per credit hourbased on level of degree obtained.
