Overview:
We are seeking a remote (telecommute) bilingual / multilingual (Chinese and Vietnamese) Customer Service Representative to join our professional insurance agency. In this role, you will be providing service and support to our customers - majority are Chinese and Vietnamese. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, and resolve issues will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product information and order processing.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Skills Needed:
Able to read and write Chinese and Vietnamese.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
