Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

The ideal candidate will have had Big 4 public accounting or is working in a publicly traded corporation, solid knowledge of GAAP requirements, must have SEC 10K's, 10Q's and 11 K's reporting experience. CPA would be a plus. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of various external SEC filings such as 10K's, 10Q's and 11K's, assist in preparation of monthly internal reporting packages, execute and maintain effective SOX controls and documentation. Salary is commensurate with experience.
