This is currently a remote/hybrid position, but will likely move to a full on-site position within 12 months
Duties, Requirements, and Expectations
-5 years experience with A/P, A/R, and payroll
-High level of proficiency with MS Suite Products
-Detailed and neat work that is easy to understand and be explained
-Ability to work autonomously and accomplish tasks, with a problem-solving attitude
-Ability to learn how to work with AP/AR and produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress reports
-Perform bank reconciliations
-Run payroll and process payroll taxes
-Enter monthly vendor invoices
-Enter monthly Owner billings
