We work throughout the United States and have experience serving markets ranging from underground utility and infrastructure installations, utility-scale renewables, residential subdivisions, industrial manufacturing complexes, and fiber optic.We seeking to IMMEDIATELY FILL a position in Lowell, Arkansas for our rock trenching division. The Oiler + Welder works as a team with the Trenching Operator. The team's mission is to safely and efficiently perform the daily tasks for running and maintaining the rock trencher(s). This is a GROWTH POSITION in our company, and the goal is for you to transition to Trenching Operator which brings an average of 50% increase to hourly compensation.Responsibilities:Daily fueling, checking fluids, and greasing machineWelding to include regular hardfacing and occasional welding for structural componentsUse Topcon GPS equipment to perform daily layout for trencherSpot for operator and measure to ensure trench dimensions are within specMaintain a safe and clean work environmentFollow all OSHA and site specific safety regulationsReport any repair or safety concerns directly to supervisorRequirements:MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WELDINGExperience operating and maintaining heavy equipmentValid driver's licenseCompensation:$25 per hour$100 per diem on days worked/travellingPaid Lodging when travellingBenefits:Paid Sick and Vacation TimeHealth, Dental, Vision, Retirement, LifeEmployer Matching Simple IRA Retirement PlanPlease upload your resume.
