Excavating/ Underground Storm Sewer Estimator/ Supervisor

I'm looking for someone to fill the role of an estimator and supervisor for the underground storm sewer side of our company. I'm hoping for some experience here but specific training can be accommodated as our current guy is still on staff until we have a replacement. The role entails estimating from civil blueprints the complete storm sewer system. You will also manage a field crew performing construction of awarded projects. We are a full service excavation company that do both above and below ground work.
