Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and territory management.
Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
Provide technical sales support to assist clients in understanding product specifications and applications.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our software systems.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills.
Experience
Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Experience in conducting product demonstrations is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
