The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager & Entry-Level Customer Service Representative who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us grow while delivering outstanding service to our clients. In this multifaceted role, you’ll not only support our clients through their restoration projects but also play an active role in building and expanding our client base. You’ll help manage projects, provide exceptional customer service, and seek out new opportunities to bring in new clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do:
Client Support & Care: Be the first point of contact for clients, offering guidance, answering questions, and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their restoration journey. You’ll be the calm and reassuring presence they need during a stressful time.
Junior Project Management: Assist with managing restoration projects, keeping track of schedules, resources, and deadlines. Help ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside our restoration experts, subcontractors, and other team members to make sure the project runs smoothly and that clients’ needs are addressed quickly.
Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their project, explain the next steps, and address any changes or concerns. Clear and empathetic communication is key to making our clients feel at ease.
Problem Solving: Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the restoration process. Whether it’s a small hiccup or a bigger challenge, you’ll help find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
Customer Advocacy: Ensure clients’ needs and concerns are prioritized. Act as their advocate throughout the process, striving to deliver an outstanding experience and a smooth restoration journey.
Building Our Client List: In addition to managing ongoing projects, you’ll actively seek out new customers and opportunities. Help us build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and insurance companies to expand our client base and grow the company.
Marketing Support: Assist in spreading the word about Ohm Restoration by engaging with potential clients, attending local events, and utilizing social media to raise brand awareness.
