Summary:

The Inside Sales and Enrollment Specialist is responsible for driving sales and facilitating the enrollment process within a fast-paced environment. This role involves leveraging professional sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to promote products or services and assist customers through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to actively engage potential leads, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services.

Take inbound calls from prospective students and utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of enrollment.

Implement proactive follow-up strategies to nurture leads and facilitate enrollment of students effectively.

Assist students in navigating the enrollment process, providing guidance, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer information, and enrollment details and conduct sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the enrollment process, address customer needs, and achieve sales targets.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to enrollment to effectively position products or services.

Continuously strive to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities through training and professional development opportunities.

Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction in all interactions with prospects and enrolled customers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or enrollment roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building rapport and fostering positive relationships.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, Google Business programs, email applications, and meeting and video applications such as Microsoft Team and Zoom.

Knowledge of the insurance industry or similar field is a plus.

Call center experience or experience in a fast-paced sales environment is advantageous.
