We are looking for a subcontractor to clean 2 buildings. Part-time contracts. This is a 1099 position. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the tax year by January 31. Below is the contracted pay for each building:
Bank: The flat rate is $36.00 every Saturday or Sunday. 2 hour contract. The bank may be cleaned any time between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, or between 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. This is standard general cleaning of a building.
Law firm. Every Saturday or Sunday (anytime from 8:00 am to 12:00 am) and every Wednesday (anytime from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am). Standard cleaning of a building. The flat rate is $72.00 for Wednesday and $72.00 for Saturday or Sunday, whichever day you pick to clean it on. 4 hour clean job.
