We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable handyman capable of handling a multitude of everyday building & tenant maintenance and repair tasks while focusing on move in/move out Apartment make readies.
The job is 1099 employment part-time. $625.00 a week. 5 hours per day. Start time 9am to 2pm Monday thru Friday. (can be flexible for right candidate)
Responsibilities:
Perform basic tasks including general building cleaning and maintenance
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building
Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the property
Performing carpentry tasks such as installing doors, windows, or shelves
Performing minor electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing switches etc.
Performing minor plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaky faucets, etc
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
Must have basic tools.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license.
Have Basic plumbing and electrical experience.
Be able to multi-task & be organized with good communication skills.
Be Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
