I have a rental property that a contractor did most the work and the bailed in the finishing stages.
I provide supplies, most are there but will get what you need.
Fairly comprehensive list of what I need:
Quarter round laid in a kitchen
Missing pieces of quarter round in dining and living room painted and replaced
A larger laundry room painted and trim pained or cleaned whichever is easier and looks better
Carpet laid on 2 sets of steps it’s a split foyer house
2 doors fixed to shut smoothly we painted (might need touch up) but upon reattaching hardware they don’t close
Anti sag and latch attached to deck gate
Optional, but if you want some extra opportunity to haul off some stuff and include it or take and resell what you can.
Made time available tomorrow an Friday for bids. Must commit to timeline of your choice penalty of 10% per day will apply to timeline. Suggest taking me on as full time for length of project. Just candidly not a fan of multiple fires in the iron. Also health issues still are within that penalty, so if you are sickly bid and plan accordingly.
Anybody with plumbing or HVAC experience willing to do this should let me know. I have another rental I’ll be hitting with similar projects next
