SL Property Service is looking for experienced contractors who complete Property Preservation & REO services. Duties include but are not limited to:
Grass cuts
Tree trimming/Landscape
Debris removal
Winterizations
Lock changes
Window boarding
Pool Securing
Fence repair
Snow removal
Mold
Roofing
Drywall
Cleaning/janitorial/maid services
Bidding on any items that need servicing
Job Requirements:
Driver's License
Insurance
Familiar with HUD and have HUD Keys
Must own a truck w/trailer
Generator
Ladder
Mower/Edger/Blower
Tools
Smart phone
Home Computer or Laptop
Printer
Scanner
GPS for locating properties
Good Attention to detail to report any damages and bid on any outstanding work necessary
