Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets.
Responsible to lead of team of Program Managers.
Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements.
Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements.
Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers - Be the face to our customer.
Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.
