With a commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving global healthcare.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers to integrate control and automation solutions into manufacturing systems.Lead and oversee the execution of control system projects from concept to completion, including system design, programming, testing, commissioning, and validation.Develop and maintain control system documentation including functional specifications, design specifications, and user manuals.Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to controls and automation in the API manufacturing industry.Provide technical support, training, and guidance to junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and capabilities in controls and automation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and drawings. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers and customers.Solid work history with a minimum of 8 years of hands on experience in controls engineering, automation, or related field within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industry.Ability to design, configure, install, qualify, and maintain Rockwell RSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000 Software, Rockwell FactoryTalk View and Red Lion Software, Rockwell PanelView Builder Software, Rockwell RSSQL, Rockwell RSView32Knowledge of field instruments, wiring systems, panel design and other control system hardware typically present in a chemical manufacturing facility. Ability to use CAD to document control systems and process equipment design Familiarity with process and control systems design, qualification, change control, maintenance, deviation investigation and CAPA implementation in a GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environments.Knowledge of applicable environmental, health and safety standards in a manufacturing facility.Strong knowledge of control system design principles, process control strategies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, cGMP).Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven leadership abilities with experience leading control system projects and mentoring junior engineers.Joining Curia Global offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the API industry, contributing to the development of life-saving pharmaceutical products while advancing your career in controls and automation engineering.
