DescriptionThe Leidos Intelligence Group is seek an immediate need for an Enhancement Specialist / Process Improvement Specialist: Senior to support our customer in Springfield Virginia. You will assist in providing change management ad process improvement support to optimize the customer production and dissemination process.Duties;
Assist customer in supporting the review of mission, functions, process and integration.
Assist in customer in developing course of action and plans of specific priorities and efforts that integrate goals and objectives of each effort into one cohesive direction.
Assist in providing a full spectrum organization design and integration between custom with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop analytical methodologies to identify areas where customer can support mission requirements—with emphasis on Maritime Safety of Navigation.
Provide facilitation support including identifying topics and speakers, designing & facilitating meetings, and documenting/tracking actions items.
Assist customer in providing change management support including communication and training.
Skills and ExperienceRequired:
Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
7 years of demonstrated experience in the following activities: transformation management, change management, organizational management
5 years of demonstrated experience in the following activities: communication, training, facilitation and process improvement.
Experience working in fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities while maintain composure and flexibility in a structured environment.
Desired:
Experience supporting organization through transformation and change management for DoD or Intelligence partners.
Knowledge of customers partners
Knowledge or experience with maritime navigation, date, products and services.
