Our work depends on TS/SCI cleared Program Analyst joining our team to Support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACTJob Duties:Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of the business area, utilizing high attention to detail, organization, and the ability to frequently multi-task.Manages calendars for business area executives, including prioritizing, scheduling, and rescheduling.Assists in developing plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitoring tasks, to meet corporate reporting/project requirements for the business area.Works with the Business Area Communications Advisor to assist in the development of communication products for employees, program partners, as well as corporate and customer stakeholders.Works with the Business Area Communications Advisor to help define and implement tools and process automation to support business communications, operations, and strategic initiatives.May assist in business/proposal development activities.Participates in special projects as assigned.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education:BA/BSBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Communications or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.Qualifications:5+ years of related business administration, business analysis or communications experience requiredFamiliarity with MS Teams or other virtual meeting platformsIntermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)Proven experience collecting and summarizing data from multiple sourcesStrong written and verbal communication / presentation skillsStrong competency in problem-solving and program supportSelf-starter, with a desire to continuously learn and growRequirements:Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise.Outstanding time management – ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes.Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.Location: Compnay SiteUS Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays#RoverGSSThe likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
