Managing Shift Supervisor (SS) and Enterprise Monitoring (EM) teams, driving situational awareness of world, national, or local events (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, low intensity conflicts, acts of terrorism) and correlating impacts to Network Operations Squadron (NOS) managed and monitored systems

Oversee collaboration with the Integrated Service Center (ISC) Network Operations Center (NOC), external agencies/customers, and field units

The Incident Coordination Lead will be responsible for performing oversight and coordination of multisource services.

The Incident Coordinator Lead will report to and coordinate with the NOC Floor Manager in support of Network Operations Center (NOC) management.

The Incident Coordinator Lead will ensure the Shift Supervisor staff monitors, tracks, and documents the Severity Level of incidents and the escalation of incidents affecting critical business functions in accordance with established process requirements.

The Incident Coordination Lead provides guidance, technical direction, and analytical support for the monitoring, tracking, and documenting of incidents affecting critical business functions.

The Incident Coordination Lead interfaces with government support service groups to maintain knowledge and resolve technical problems.

Along with holding the team accountable for maintaining the necessary skills and credentials necessary for Shift Supervisor and EM employees, the lead position will manage team schedules, training, timecards, performance reviews, and direct personnel on process/procedural aspects.

The Incident Coordinator Lead will support the customer by providing on-site technical expertise on the monitoring, review, and management of enterprise services.

This Incident Coordinator will leading the EM team, ensuring the timely exchange of situational awareness information, based on the correlation of alerts, network incidents, and maintenance activities in accordance with established process requirements.

The Incident Coordination Lead will ensure that EM personnel observe system alerts via configured dashboards displaying data based on operational agreements and customer guidelines.

The Incident Coordination Lead will provide Situational Awareness support to the Customer, to include updating reports, passing down documentation and master station logs, monitoring chat rooms, and communicating ongoing impacts to service operations  

Oversee operational coordination for network Event and Incident Management functions

Supports the Government by overseeing the performance of daily customer ad hoc tasks

Generates Situational Awareness notification via various messaging systems for distribution to customers

Integrates ITIL best practices into existing documentation, provides process improvement recommendations, and assists in maintaining governance documentation

Conducts trend analysis and support analytical investigation as needed

Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.

Provides technical assistance, when requested, to the Customer in support of defined duties as needed

Provides day to day and Fill-in support for Shift Supervisor and EM staff as needed

Provides Daily hands-on support within Shift Supervisor and EM roles to the Government by providing Situational Awareness of on-going incidents to identify any possible impacts to Network Operations Squadron managed and monitored systems

Managing a team of up to 17 FTEs to include Shift Supervisor (SS) and Enterprise Monitoring (EM) personnel

Certifying time sheets twice a month

Performing quarterly employee feedback sessions

Performing counseling and corrective action sessions, on an as-needed basis

Creating and maintaining the team work schedule, ensuring there is coverage at all times

Participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the customer and PMO, as directed

Provide inputs to contract deliverables, as directed
