Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Managed Services industry for an Infrastructure Project Manager to be based in Springfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring their quality and on-time delivery. You will also be responsible for reporting on project status and working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Responsibilities: Full ownership of project life cycle, ensuring successful project delivery including full implementation. Manage daily project activities and resources for assigned projects. Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and client needs. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. This role may require travel to client locations across the United States and Canada.Requirements Adept in using Atlassian Jira for managing projects, tracking issues, and organizing tasks. Proficient in Cisco Technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, including cloud computing, storage, and infrastructure. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing customer interactions. Strong knowledge of Database management, including SQL, Oracle, or similar databases. Ability to use About Time for mobile resource management. Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies for project management. Experience with Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and adjusting project budgets. Strong Change Management skills to ensure smooth transitions during project changes. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
