Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including assembly, operation, production, and warehouse duties.Responsibilities
Blending of feed and grain mixture.
Packaging of finished product.
Material handling from one area to another.
Palletizing the finished product.
Wrapping the finished pallets to store and maintain freshness.
Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 lbs if necessary.
Flexibility to work any shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to maintain facial hair to effectively wear a respirator.

The building is non-temperature controlled but features industrial fans to keep you cool during hot summer months. Shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with training on days for up to two weeks before transitioning to nights. The schedule follows a 2-2-3 format, providing plenty of opportunities for overtime.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Kentucky.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
