Phoenix Home Care is currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Hospitality Specialist for our Springfield, Mo office!As the front-line representative for Phoenix Home Care, this candidate must be highly organized, detailed-oriented, be able to multi-task and think on their feet in a fast-paced, demanding and rewarding position. Must have a good phone presence, be able to handle a high volume of calls daily and have excellent attendance and punctuality.Benefits:

$18-20/hr

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm No Weekends!

Job duties:

Represents the department in a courteous and professional manner.

Answering a high volume of calls.

Performs support duties related to hospitality and providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Respond to client/employee problems by getting the connected to the correct department

Prepares and submits timely written documentation and reports as required by policy.

Performs clerical functions.

Assist with information gathering and problem resolution when client or employee concern/ complaints are presented.

Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Prior office experience is a plus

Ability to handle a multi-line phone system

Knowledge of Excel and Word required

Must work well within a team as well as be a self-starter

Someone that seeks out opportunities to assist others

Previous Administrative Support experience highly preferred
