Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems and equipment. Your expertise in networking, hardware, and software, combined with your commitment to customer service, will contribute to the overall success of our organization.General Requirements:
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal departments.
Discipline to adhere to established procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Availability for North American travel, approximately 15-20% of the time.
Responsible and dedicated work ethic, capable of performing effectively under pressure.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to act decisively.
Administrative duties include timely submission of weekly timesheets, expense reports, trip reports, and updates to user documentation as required.
A customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to provide exceptional support.
Requirements - Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
IT support ticketing system experience desired
User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Strong familiarity with PLC Control
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001
Command of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
Microsoft Windows experience
LAN (local area networks) experience highly desired
Strong problem-solving skills
