Coordinate onboarding of individuals for the contract including communications with on-site team and FSO, pickup of individual, and facilitation of onboarding activities.

Preparation of team events and meetings including room scheduling, meal orders, and document preparation, and ordering office supplies.

Stewardship of contract documentation as it pertains to team operations including seating charts, NDAs, and regularly scheduled reports.

Coordinate travel for program leadership as needed.

Assist with Data Transfer requests between networks.

Manage work queue and assign out tasks as needed to ensure timely customer service.

Miscellaneous tasks may arise as program manager deems necessary.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in an executive officer/administrative role.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Interpersonal and people skills.

Oral and written communication skills.

Must be very responsive to tasking and able to work well independently and in groups.

Active/current Top Secret minimum with SCI eligibility, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph is required.​

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience working at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Experience with ServiceNow or another ERP software.

Experience with PeopleSoft or other HCM software.

Possess a Counter-intelligence Polygraph.

Experience with Content Management Systems like Confluence, SharePoint, Teams.

Experience with onboarding and operations support.
