Description Customer Service Representative Openings!Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Insurance - Health industry. Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

Handle incoming telephone calls

Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Experience using Microsoft Office

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word

General familiarity with health insurance

Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

Foundational knowledge in Typing Data Entry

Adeptness in Microsoft Outlook

Call Center Customer Service experience preferred

Practical knowledge of health insurance

Medicaid Eligibility experience highly preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

Inbound Outbound Calls experience

2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

Customer service and office administrative skills
