K&S Associates Inc. located in Saint Louis Mo. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects ranging in size from 3 to 20 million dollars. This specific project is slated for start-up in early January at Southeast Missouri State University, Current assignment is a Renovation project with a tight schedule.
Applicant must have a minimum of five years experience in the commercial general contracting market. Types of projects include school buildings, office buildings, military and private commercial facilities. Projects are generally located in a 150 mile radius of St. Louis Mo.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required along with basic computer knowledge and record keeping.
