Description Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional ready to serve as the backbone of a fast-paced advertising and marketing team? We're searching for a Remote Traffic Coordinator to ensure flawless coordination and the seamless execution of campaigns across departments. In this critical role, you'll serve as the hub of workflow management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of assets that drive results for clients.Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of advertising and marketing initiatives using the project management tool, Lytho.
Workflow Management: Facilitate smooth communication and efficient workflow between teams, like creative, copywriting, design, media planning, and production.
Due Date Monitoring: Track project timelines and milestones to ensure all deadlines are met.
Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to team members based on workload and expertise.
Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to align on project goals and deliverables.
Quality Control: Review and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, client expectations, and technical standards before final delivery.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to uphold efficiency.
Reporting: Maintain updated project status reports and provide stakeholders with regular updates.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1-2+ years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or a similar role in an advertising agency, marketing department, or media company.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Workfront; Lytho experience is a bonus. Proficiency in Adobe products and Google Suite is also desirable.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and stellar verbal and written communication abilities.
Multitasking Ability: Confidently handle multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
