- Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Application Development assignments/projects.

- Minimum of 5 years of advanced reporting, or programming experience in SQL.
- Minimum 3 years of advanced automation or data extraction experience Python or SSIS preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Tableau development experience.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Needs to be comfortable piloting new technologies and determining if they would have a place within the larger team's tech stack.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work with business partners for requirement gathering.

- Knowledge of PBM Industry and contact center operations preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years relevant experience with OR Master's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
