- ServiceNow implementation experience including incident, problem, change, CMDB, discovery, and asset management
- ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.)
- Extensive hands on development experience in Now platform including but not limited to configuration, customization, designing using Glide framework, development in App engine, scoped applications, integration with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID servers, etc.
- Experience in creating catalog items, record producers, importsets, data integration and ETL methods in Servicenow, etc. Good working knowledge of databases such as Oracle/MySQL/MariaDB.
- Design and Architect Automation Workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with external discovery and monitoring tools.
- Extensive experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc
- Working experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Jelly, Ajax, REST web services.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITBM, ITOM, HR, GRC,ITAM is a plus.
- Should have at least ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), preferably also have ServiceNow Certified Developer certification . CIS certification in one or more of ServiceNow products offerings such as ITSM, PPM, APM, HR is a bonus
