Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the Washington, MO area, is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting national and key accounts/project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs with expertise in Excel, and be self-motivated, team-oriented, willing to travel, and looking for advancement within the company.Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Washington, MOPay Range: $18-$19.50 per hourWhat's the Job?

Provide excellent customer service to national and key accounts

Track and manage projects for national and key accounts

Handle all basic customer service duties

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Willingness to travel as needed

What's Needed?

1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs with expertise in Excel
