Description Andrew Kniepmann at Robert Half is recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager for a non-profit organization in St. Louis, Missouri. The Senior Sales Manager oversees all sales activities, ensuring sustained business relationships and year-over-year sales growth. They lead and develop the sales team, analyzing market data to recommend sales and marketing directions. Responsibilities include motivating and coordinating team efforts, managing sales oversight, and establishing effective business contacts. They research innovative selling strategies, determine pricing policies, and make product development recommendations. The manager collaborates with the Director to set expectations, monitor CRM systems, and prepare bids/proposals. Strong leadership, communication, sales process knowledge, and proficiency in CRM systems are essential, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing and a minimum of 8 years in Sales Management.
